By far the best massage I’ve ever had. Carrie actually listens to you and targets the areas that you need help with. Massages should be about helping your body heal long term and that’s exactly what you get from Carrie. Highly recommend

She was so very kind, so professional yet personable, and so incredibly skilled at what she does. She knew exactly what I needed, and within 1 hour, made my 20 day migraine (and knots) disappear. I moved to Jacksonville 2 years ago and have been looking for a therapeutic massage therapist but have been unable to find one A friend recommended Carrie and I couldn't have been more pleased. I have chronic neck and back pain. After Carrie's targeted deep tissue approach, in her relaxing atmosphere, I felt significantly better after 1 visit. I've already booked my husband for a massage and myself for a return visit !

Carrie is amazing and very insightful about what stretches I need to do in between my sessions to help keep my neck from getting so tight . I drive a lot and struggle with tension headaches, as well as hip/back pain! However, since I have been seeing Carrie regularly for the last 6 months I am feeling much better ! I would highly recommend you allow Carrie to help you feel your best!!
