She has a unique style and does things that many massage providers dont and focuses on each clients needs rather than a one style suits all approach. She has strong hands and arms and can do deep tissue massages with the best of them. She is also very knowledgeable about plant based foods and healthy living. Cassandra is hands down one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to. She’s incredibly strong—don’t let her friendly smile fool you! She got deep into all the tight spots without it ever feeling too much. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing. On top of being super skilled, she’s also hilarious. Her sense of humor and easygoing vibe made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. I actually found myself laughing during a massage, which is a first for me! I walked out feeling totally relaxed and way less tense. If you’re looking for someone who’s strong, professional, and fun to be around, Cassandra is it. Highly recommend!

Cassandra is fantastic! Beginning with the appropriate relaxing mood music, your muscles just relax in her presence. Her mindfulness and her listening to your needs allows her to focus on the areas that allow you immediately fall into a relaxed state of mind.
