If half a star was an option that’s what I would give. Sara is an excellent braider, I’ll give her that but she can’t dip hair AT ALL! And we all know that finishing a set of braids will make or break the style. Mariama was even less helpful, blaming the hair company and then telling me it’s because I left too much out. I’m not a fan of the customer is always right but in this case, the customer is always right! If a customer shows you a style and you confirm you can do it and confirm you know you have the hair for it, you are accountable. Wish I didn’t pay her full price. Won’t be going back. Black women if you care about your hairstyles with extensions, avoid this place! These photos are just hours after leaving the shop.

I had a great experience! My stylist and the receptionist were attentive and flexible - scheduling and hair-do. I shared my hairstyle on the phone and kept busy with my zoom call for most of my appointment. I was really impressed with Souzanne’s replication of the picture :) Knocked it right out of the park!

Everyone is very friendly. Braiders are efficient and prices are extremely reasonable. Linda did an excellent job on my braids and Mariama is always so helpful when helping me find what I need.

ABSOLUTELY NEVER RECOMMEND!!! I called the previous day asking about the earliest time I could get passion twists. The stylists said the next day would work as they were closing soon that same day I called to schedule. Her and I agreed on 11am. On the filling day. I get there at 11am and 2 hours later my stylist shows up. I had to be somewhere else. So I felt this was very inconsiderate. Stylist then made an excuse as to why she showing up 2 hours after my appointment time. Then, tried to manipulate my thinking by saying it was my fault that she did not show up at 11am for my appointment. Apparently no other stylist there knew how to do passion twists. Mariama is by far the sweetest and has the most caring personality and in this business of hair and beauty it’s hard to find owners that care and treats her customers well. I got my hair braided and it’s absolutely gorgeous I will most definitely be returning. I recommend her store and braiding services provided,. Thank you Mariama.
