I usually don’t write reviews, but in this case I felt like I had to. I went to the shop a couple days ago and really dwelled on this because I know what reviews are to a small business. I am thankful for the turn around in this situation and the intervention of another nail tech at the shop, but I went for an acrylic removal and had a horrible experience. The first woman who took me had no idea what she was doing- as someone who has been getting acrylic for a long time, i’ve become familiar with the process of taking it off. Firstly, she opted for me to submerge my hands in acetone and put a towel over them to cover them instead of individual foils on each of the nails with cotton soaked in acetone. My wife booked a couples head/face spa for Valentine’s Day and it was SO good!! It is hard to explain exactly what happened in the 90 minute session..but it was ALL great!! It was better than a massage and facial combined. The staff was so friendly and the services were exceptional. I can’t say enough how fabulous it was. We have already booked our next sessions. My wife has been a few times and loved it so much she wanted to share it with me. If you like being pampered..the right way…give this place a try..I highly recommend this business.

Head Spa Experience at Mandarin Nails with Loan I had an amazing head spa experience at Mandarin Nails, and I highly recommend booking with Loan. She is incredibly gentle, professional, and knows exactly how to make you feel relaxed. The scalp massage was soothing, the shampoo and treatments felt refreshing, and the whole experience helped me completely unwind. Loan paid close attention to every step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. If you’re feeling stressed or just want to treat yourself, this head spa service is a must-try. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and pampered. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Loan again!

I came in an hour before the close - old guy named David claimed he could do my nails. I should have notice all the red flags - they didn't have any colors I like and the guy was trying to rush me to pick a color. Then the machine he uses stalls and he has a hard time replacing the cord and squinting every minute. Then he rushes to do my nails and don't even shape them correctly. And had the nerve to tell me that he normally charges $5 to shape. He proceeds over file my nail cutting into my skin. There was a lot of ‘techniques’ he did that was unsanitary. He squeezed cuticle oil on the table and used his fingers to tap and rub them on hands. I was cringing…. I honestly wasnt expecting the best service as a last minute walk-in but I had other places and choices as well… he charged me $45 f
