Majesty Nails Spa

Disappointed. I had a nail repaired elsewhere in November. So I had the repaired nail last time I was at Majesty. No one said anything that day, but today they made a big fuss. However, no one spoke to me, only to each other, in a language I don't know. I explained at length, but no one acknowledged me. I asked repeatedly, "Does it have to come off?" when it looked like that's what they were doing. They had gotten out fake nail tips, but I didn't want that. I then took the nail off myself, but then they appeared frustrated and like they were laughing at me, but again, I couldn't understand. I won't be back.

I got my nails done and cuticles trimmed at majesty on 5/28 before I went on vacation. On 5/29 my finger started swelling. On 5/30 my finger had tripled in size and started swelling with a lot of pain. I had to go to urgent care over my vacation to find out my finger was infected, they diagnosed it as Erysipelas. They prescribed me an antibiotic and to soak in epsom salt. On 6/2 I had a large amount of puss and fluid flowing out of my finger. It is now 6/4 (one week from getting my nails done) and my finger is still infected and I’ve had three nails come off. I called to let the nail salon know and they said okay I’ll let the nail tech know, not even an apology or willing to make things right. It’s very upsetting and sad because I’ve gone there for years. I always have a great experience when i come here! They do such a great job with fills and even designs. Wish I took q photo of the flowers on my last nails. They were amazing!

I got a dip powder manicure yesterday and it looks SO GOOD! Only downside was I had to wait 25-30 minutes for someone to do my nails even though I made an appointment. Regardless the person who did my nails was precise, kind, and did a fabulous job. I wish I had asked for her name so I could ask for her next time I go back!

I’ve been going off and on the last 2 years for dip. Went to Jessica last week for the first time, as I had been wanting to get them done with her. The design came off the first week. Called today to get in with Jessica just to get them all redone for the weekend instead of fixing the design. Called Lee, she instantly said “Jessica don’t want to do your nails again for you.” I was mind baffled by this as I had never ran into a situation like this before.After thinking more into it, I called back to ask why she refused to do my nails again. Lee said “she said no, I don’t know, you can just walk in for somebody.” I’ve never done walk ins, just appointments. Very disappointed with their rude customer service this round and the design didn’t even last a week. Probably won’t be going back aft
