Majestic Nails

I went to majestic nails to get my dip taken off and my nails done again. It seemed OK when I got there maybe not as friendly as I’m used to, but everyone’s different. After he was done with my nails, I went up to pay. I had not checked the price before or I would’ve said something. But he charged me $10 over what the documented price for dip and removal. And honestly, my nails have never looked worse. He didn’t clean up around the nail, he didn’t shape them correctly, just even around the regular shape of a nail wasn’t done. I should’ve said something before I left the salon, but I’m not the confrontational type. But after looking at them longer, they really are horrible. I will never go back, I pretty much wasted my money, and it was expensive. I would definitely think twice if you were

I normally don't leave negative reviews, even if I'm not happy with my services, but I just couldn't let this go. I've never been to Majestic Nails before, but after reading the reviews and looking at pictures of their work, I decided to give them a try. I went in for a full set, a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. Told the tech what I wanted and she said they don't do eyebrow wax. I was a little confused because I know I'd seen pictures of eyebrow waxing AND a sign on the door that says "waxing". But hey, whatevs. She did my pedicure and I was happy with that. But when it came time to do my acrylic full set...that's where the real problem started. Before we began, I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted (1st picture). I asked her if it was something she could do. She assured me she could.

I’m being nice and leaving one star for effort. First I called to get dual appointments for daughter and I upon arrival one girl who spoke or understood little to no English working alone . Asked for square nails and they are rounded and lopsided. Asked for gel she did two coats in gel and one in regular polish so she had to start over. Got nicked twice in my cuticle from tools . The acrylic is not smooth it is lumpy and uneven. Then my daughter wanted white tips put on not clear tips painted in a French she is trying to Google Translate was HORRIBLE WASTE OF TWO HOURS FOR JUST MY FILL. I’m driving back out of town tomorrow had to book my usual nail salon to fix and have my daughter’s nails done . She’s really lucky I was in a some type of a pleasant mood and left $5.00 tip . I had my nails dipped for the first time yesterday, 2/1/25. My nail tech was an older guy that obviously knows nothing about nails and probably doesn’t even have a license! **Maybe the state needs to do a drop in ** I was very happy going in because I wanted pretty nails… then he cut my cuticles and made me bleed. He never apologized. They didn’t talk to the clients but did speak Vietnamese to each other. My nails were cut into a point that I didn’t ask for and were cut very short on the sides. Had polish on my skin and he changed my polish color without asking or telling me! I asked for fuchsia ombré but ended up with white pearl… now explain that?? I had a very disappointing experience at Majestic Nails. I arrived at 9:50am (they open at 9:30am) with my 7-year-old niece to get our nails painted. There was one employee working and one customer ahead of us. When we walked in, the employee greeted us and asked what we needed. I told her we both just wanted gel polish, and she said okay and had us take a seat. We waited patiently for about 30 minutes while she finished the customer she was working on, understanding she was alone and that we would have a wait. After she finished, she came over and asked again what we wanted, and I repeated that we both wanted gel polish. At that point, she said they were “too busy” and told us to come back at 3pm. What upset me most is that she allowed us to sit there for 30 minutes knowing she wasn’t g
