Hannah at Mainstreet was Amazing!!!! She dyed my hair black and purple (purple money pieces) and was chatting the whole time. Not only did she do an amazing job dying my hair, she also was so kind and answered any questions I had! She helped me find product for my hair to bring back the moisture after bleaching my money pieces. Thank you Hannah! Ill definitely be going back to her!

Very disappointed with the service I received from JAMIE. Got my hair colored, washed out twice like normal but no conditioner was added (not normal) even though I told her my hair seemed very dry. When back in her chair I touched my hair and it was still very sudsy in the back. She looked there and said it was “fine”. I had canceled the hair cut portion a few weeks before my appointment and told receptionist if Jamie needed to move my appointment a bit to fit in another client it was ok, but the /time stayed the same. When it was time to pay I received was a $5 reduction in price for no hair cut. I do not recommend JAMIE and will not see her again

I’m new in town and I needed a new hairstylist. This always makes me nervous because my hair is very thick and difficult to cut. Also, the cost of a haircut can range significantly and places aren’t always forthcoming with the price. MainStreet answered their phone properly and was able to make me an appointment right away. I like that they always have somebody at the desk to answer the phone. I got matched with Hannah as my stylist. I am so lucky! She is really great and has top notch skill and creativity when it comes to doing different cuts. I’ve seen her three times now and will continue to see her on an ongoing basis!

Jamie is awesome!!! She knows how to make your hair dreams come true!!! I’ve had so many compliments after getting my COVID hair cut and a now rocking a new style. Jamie did a great job!!! The shop is clean and orderly and everyone is super friendly.

The stylists may be good at what they do, but the lack of professionalism is evident. One stylist got her feelings hurt when I told her that I liked the style she gave me the last time, but that I had trouble maintaining it. She became edgy and weepy—-and quick to get me in and out. Within 3 days, I received a nasty phone call from her best friend (who also works there) telling me how mean and nasty I was, and how much I hurt her friend’s feelings. Are we back in junior high? These women have adult children AND grandchildren. Luckily, I received this bizarre call on an answering machine and was able to play it for the police. My advice: Go to a stylist who isn’t so thin-skinned. They should want you to be happy with your hair when you leave. After all, they are NOT cheap, and no one needs
