I cannot recommend Norah Price at Magnolia Jane Salon enough! I would love to keep her all to myself so her booking spots don't get filled; however, her talent needs to be shared so I've decided I won't be selfish. Not only did Norah do a fantastic men's cut on my boyfriend's hair, but she also made him feel comfortable AND let me sit and talk to her during the entire process. I then went back for my own appointment, and she worked WONDERS on my hair. It was grown out, split ends, in need of some love, and Norah did just that. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was fun, bubbly, and sweet the entire time. I feel so confident now! I am obsessed with not only her talent and skills but also her personality and welcoming vibe. If you're feeling a bit awkward and haven't gotten your hair done

Magnolia Jane Salon is a hidden gem in Historic Downtown New Bern. I highly recommend Brittney as a stylist. Everyone is very sweet and there to make their customers look fabulous!

I had over processed hair. It felt dry and crispy and unhappy. The last stylist I had interacted with was a bit of a loose cannon. Then I met George. He listened to my concerns, asked clarifying questions, and worked his magic. 8 weeks later I had another appointment with him but it was so much different this time. My hair, despite having color, had grown out looking natural. The cut still looked great. Although there were a few ends that needed upkeep, overall the health of my hair was in a completely different place. Beyond the skill George exhibited, we had a great time talking. He’s a personable and kind soul. I recommend his talent to anyone!
