Loved my experience here so much that I am a member now. However a few things 1. there's is NO way to contact directly the salon of anything happens there is no way to communicate with them. 2. Also when we are paying it would be nice for the ladies to step away from kiosk so we can do our billing info privately. I tip well so that shouldn't be a concern . But it felt off that they were watching. Customer service is amazing and they take pride in their work..looks like employees are happy which I love supportong a business that keeps it's employees happy. Love that you get coffee , tea and water offered love the self serve bar too. Such a treat

My hair grows fast so I need a lot of root coverage. It was getting too expensive for me to go into the salons that I usually frequent so I signed up for their membership. I think their product is better than box dye, but not as good as salon-grade stuff so I made a conscious decision to take the middle road. The salon is always really clean and they give you the option of drying and styling your hair yourself if you need to save more money and they give you the supplies to do so. If you have the membership you get discounted services like blow-outs, hair masks, and styling so it's nice to have options. I really enjoyed my service! I've been a member for a few years now and as alow maintenance girlie, I love the straightforward approach to getting my hair colored without all of the rigamarole you have to go through at a traditional salon

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had questions about the color I have been using at home and what colorist recommended to improve results. She showed me the best option vs what I was using and the results were fantastic. I’m very grateful for her input.

First time at Madison Reed and I love it!!! I’m at a point where the grays won’t quit, so the membership works best for me. The staff was super friendly and the salon is clean and great music as well.
