Always appreciate their attention to detail. Salon is far quieter than the original one, which makes it more relaxing. Staff is kind and professional.

⸻ Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Overpriced I’ve had consistently negative experiences at this salon. Not only has the quality of service noticeably declined, but the prices have also become unreasonably high. I paid $130 for a basic manicure, which is far above standard pricing for the service provided. Most recently, I returned simply to have my gel nails removed. Despite arriving well over an hour and a half before closing and seeing no other customers waiting, I was told they had “no time.” The staff claimed someone was waiting, which was clearly untrue. It felt dismissive and dishonest. Overall, the customer service has been poor—unaccommodating, overpriced, and unprofessional. Majorly overpriced, but Patty is VERY detail oriented and knows how to do her job well. Me & my stepdaughter went to the shop on 23rd n Madison by Safeway, n theres 1 woman working. She told us to go to the shop on 27th so we did. Only 1 worker there too, Patty, but I'm super happy w my nails and normally I ALWAYS find things wrong w them once I get home, any other time. Not one complaint other than 2 full sets costing $113....it'd normally be maybe $70-$80 any other place.

Got an acrylic fill today by patty and it was fantastic. She took a lot of time and attention to detail filing and the result is absolute perfection. She even got the length just right, would reccomend her 100% will definitely return thanks patty!

they desperately need to update their polish selection. i’ve gone there 3 times, all 3 times i’ve picked a color that was too old to use. they proceeded to do an entire pedicure with an alternate nail polish which was too old as well. the polish actually never dried it just got mushy and i had to take it off the next day. they also need to update their payment system - their machine doesn’t process odd change numbers so they round up to the nearest dollar whenever they run your card.
