Macy's

The place was great. I found many great brands here like Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and many more. The view from this store was great anw. The only thing that I was concerned was the restroom. It was soooo dirty. I mean, it is a place for high end brands but dirty is something that I can’t even understand.

The selection and employees are wonderful- my complaint is with the cleanliness of the restrooms, and the putrid smell of the stairwell/basement kitchenwares area. Macys, you need to increase custodial staff and repair the restrooms. In the one restroom I visited, there were 5 stalls out of order, one water fountain out of order, and the other water fountain was moldy and decrepit. Do better, Macys. Side note- no Santa this year, WTH?! It is Macys Union Square! C’mon!!

Spectacular, as always. Had to make sure to see the Macy's windows all decorated one last time, before they move on next year. So sad. Union square is one of our favorite stops when its all decked out for the holidays.

The Clinique booth was great. The team was professional and friendly. Josie was my favorite. She helped me to choose the best shades of the make up materials. She also showed me how to apply them. She was highly knowledgeable. The Cheese Factory was nice, but packed with people. They said we might wait 1-1.5 hours to get a table. We couldn't wait that long.

Macy’s in San Francisco, located right on Union Square, is a massive and iconic department store with several floors of shopping. We explored it during our visit and appreciated the wide variety of brands, from high-end fashion to affordable everyday wear. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff were helpful. Tip: Don’t miss the upper floors for great views of Union Square, especially from the Cheesecake Factory on the top level. It’s a great spot for both shopping and relaxing in the heart of the city. A must-visit if you’re in downtown San Francisco!
