Gigi from cosmetics and perfumes department was very patient and very helpful!!! She was amazing and her beautiful smile made my day. Professional and positive!

My daughter, granddaughter, and I stopped in for them to do some school shopping! I was just perusing the aisles. She found some lovely shirts. I identified some great new fragrances but could not afford to purchase them. My daughter found some amazing red syn glasses that were on sale for half off. Macy's continues to be relevant, even to teenagers.

Absolutely love this Macy's. Every time I go everyone is so warm and welcoming. I went with my 3 boys to buy cologne and the manager Sharon at the Dior counter had so much patience with them. She was very knowledgeable on the products and was able to help assist me with what cologne would be best for younger men. I truly appreciate her assistance and will most definitely be back.

Classy, well kept Macy's. Reminds me of the good old days of high-end department stores. Great service, as well.

Shady old lady at the top floor checkout counter tried to scam us into signing up for a credit card even after stating multiple times we were only interested in the rewards account. She stated she needed address and salary info to “activate our dormant rewards account that was already set up,” then when she was called out, she backtracked and couldn’t even look us in the eye for the remainder of the transaction.
