I got a very nice set of gel x french tips for 85$ which is such a good price for the city!! she did so many other things I didnt ask for like hot towel and massage and she gave me a manicure first! She also triple coated the base which I love! i will be coming back here

I had a disappointing experience here due to how my appointment was handled. I arrived on time for my 5:40 appointment, another customer walked in around the same time as I did, yet she was serviced before me. By 6:00 p.m., I still had not been started, while attention was focused on two other customers including the one who arrived around the same time I did. At that point, it was unclear why I was given an appointment if it wasn’t going to be honored. What made this experience especially uncomfortable was that the customer who was prioritized was a white woman, while I am Black. I can’t help but question whether bias played a role in who was serviced first. Appointments should be respected and all customers should be treated with the same level of consideration.
