Myra is amazing best experience I’ve ever had at a cosmetic store, she was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She was training someone during the sale process and everything still went smooth and in a timely matter. Huge shout out to her for creating such a positive experience.

I’ve had the best experiences getting makeovers at the MAC Cosmetics Fashion Valley store. I’ve gone with friends and also brought my mom on Mother’s Day, and every time we’ve left feeling gorgeous and more confident in how to use makeup. The artists are so knowledgeable, they take the time to explain which colors make our eyes pop and how to recreate the look at home. It always feels fun, educational, and special. Highly recommend for a girls’ day out or a memorable gift experience!

Acacia is such a star! So beautiful, so helpful and kind. We had came into Mac to buy a full face of makeup for myself and my mother. She made us feel so special and cared for. 10000/10 for Acacia!

I stopped by the MAC store with my girlfriend on Sunday and the experience wasn’t great. One of the employees the one wearing glasses had a really strong body odor that was hard to ignore. It made shopping there uncomfortable for both of us.

I went in on Saturday with my daughter and I felt so unseen. I was standing by the lipstick stand for a good 15-20 mins and no one came to help and ask if I needed help . Finally , the male sales associate came asking if I needed help and I said yes , do you have this lipstick ? And before he even answered the lady at the register shouted “we’re sold out “ I was thinking oh ok no worries maybe he will show me one that looks the same , no , the male sales associate just left me hanging and walked away from me and did not even offer me a new color . I felt so embarrassed like I was not wanted . If you thought I wasn’t going to spend money you were sadly mistaken. Worst Mac experience . It takes 2 seconds to just tell someone you will assist them shortly
