Unsanitary and if you tell the owner they did a bad job whether it’s a hair or nail service she blames you on it and makes you pay full price for a fix up. Used to be loyal to this place but never again. Not to mention she doesn’t even turn the ac on for the summer.

Good service and communication. The guy’s a good listener who meets customers’ needs. He’d double check with you to make sure you’re satisfied with the length. He’s also really patient and gentle. It was an enjoyable experience.

I showed a a picture for long soft curtain bangs. What I got was choppy, a lot shorter than I asked for hair. It’s horrible I tried to explain to the owner (she cut my hair) that the angle should’ve been outwards not in towards my face, she disagreed and said I could style it! Wrong! I tried to no avail. It looks like I got an 80’s hair cut! I asked for as little of my hair to be cut( no more than 2 fingers) got more like 4 fingers! I know my hair was damaged but I’m afraid of the scissors for this very same reason! I hate how puffy my face looks with my hair short! The girl in the first chair for mens haircuts 100% wonderful job she did on my son, was very sweet and patient. But the owner, I’m sorry she did me wrong!

It very insulting to walk into your establishment today and I was told we dont do your type of hair! Im a woman not an animal i just wanted a wash and set . My feelings was really hurt and it was totally embarrassing.

Hairstylist extremely nice and gave me exactly what I wanted 10/10 would recommend
