M5 Nails (We move to Foggy Bottom location,just 10' mins away from here)-call

I tried to give this place a chance. I started coming here 4 months ago and first time was exceptional. The experience after that has been dismal. I book online and in advance like everyone else, so I expect not to be rushed. I’ve gotten pedicures done where I have had to tell the tech “you missed a spot” or “aren’t you going to scrub the dead skin”. I’ve walked out and less than 1 hour later my feet looks like they have not been touched. For something you are charging $60+ for, they should be done with care. The last experience was the worst. Coming in to do Gel-X and the nail tech was trying to put on size nails that were too small for my nail beds‼️‼️ In what world‼️ for the ones that did fit, they were lopsided and lean 🤦🏾‍♀️. I am a longtime fan of Sunny's and followed her to this location. Her gel x nails and art are the best from my experience. She has impeccable attention to detail and worked on a custom nail art project with me for a Gilmore girls set! I can't believe she was able to do such specific detail (and so patient with the process). The art quality, nail application, and customer service experience were all wonderful. I'll be back :)

I had sunny for my gel x manicure and she combined two Pinterest designs I wanted perfectly! Great color selection! Quiet ambiance. I was nicked once when filing my cuticles but it did not draw blood nor did it sting when she wiped my nails with alcohol. Very happy with my nails

Solid place to get your nails done and a mimosa... or two 🤭. They have a ridiculous amount of nail colors lol! At least three walls dedicated to gel. My nail tech did a great job on my nails and I have no complaints. They did take a decent amount of time (~ 2 hours for me and 2.5 for my sister... we were the first ones in the store) so don’t make any plans after. Check them out!
