M. Vince Nail Spa

I got gel nail extensions done on Wednesday the 31st, and today Thursday the 1st they were already lifting and coming off. For the price and service, I expected them to last much longer than one day. Very dissatisfied with the result. Called them on the 2nd, they offered me to go there so they can go the nails again and had to pay again full price!!! Not a great place, not a good experience

My daughter and I have been going here since they opened and we love the environment, the employees, and the quick and courteous service. They’ve done an excellent job with our nails and are always extremely welcoming. I am disappointed that M. Vince doesn’t offer its tech any benefits, however. It seems that in 2025, companies such as this should be more striving for better ethics- providing PTO, health insurance, etc. These techs work so hard and deserve to be protected by true employment practices and not contractor loopholes. Please consider giving your techs full benefits so that they can take vacations with their families and save for retirement! 😊 Thank you for all the great service and we hope to continue visiting frequently.

I do love this place I usually have a good experience and it’s nice and they can always get me in but this last time the girl that did my nails didn’t really seem like she knew what she was doing and my nails all cracked off in less than 4 days. Not worth $70

My mom does her nails with Naxely and absolutely loves her experience every time. The salon is very clean and the work is high quality. They are gentle, patient, and take their time giving attention to detail. The technicians suggestions are always good and she always feels happy and confident when she’s done.

This is what $60 (pre tip) gets you. The leg massage was quick and painful as the person dug into my shins. Then none of my cuticles were cleaned up or pushed back. Which is why I went. I can paint my own toes, way better than this. It’s just the cleaning up around the nail that I wanted done, which is why I went. It’s embarrassing when people are surprised I got them done “professionally” and wasted money. Be weary.
