She was so warm and professional from the second I walked in, and she really took her time shaping my brows perfectly. They look clean, natural, and balanced — exactly what I wanted. The whole appointment was quick, comfortable, and way less painful than I expected. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and cares about the details. I’ll absolutely be back — highly recommend Cortney if you want flawless brows and a smooth finish!
