i have been here a few times over the last couple weeks to have labs done and start on BHRT. every visit, and every staff member i’ve interacted with has been great! they explain everything thoroughly and are kind and caring. Bailey did my pellet insert this morning and she helped clam my nerves. i’m really excited for the coming weeks to feel a difference from this treatment!

They talked me through every step of the way, what to expect, checked on me throughout the treatment to make sure I was doing okay and we didn’t need to make any adjustments, and made me feel very comfortable. I went for Hormones check and was welcomed like they would know me all my life! So friendly and caring! Very informative and professional .
