I will never waste my money on this place again! I asked for SNS nails & she did gel nails instead without even asking me if that was okay. I paid over $100 for chrome nails with one design on each hand and several fingers were crooked. When I asked a question about how she was doing the design she got very disrespectful about it and seemed to be in a bad mood just for asking the question. They get very defensive and dont like for you to say/ask anything about how you the customer wants YOUR nails. Even the person next to me asked their tech to correct something and they just dont have good reactions at all. Like how could we speak up about something we are paying so much money for. This used to be my favorite place to come to. Now the service is rushed and they don’t care what your nails come out looking like. Every single time you’ll have crooked nails, that you have to correct them on while they’re in the process of doing, just for them to still come out wrong. Too thick and uneven throughout. Never touching your cuticles. Leaving nail dust in your nail beds as they’re polishing. Just becoming another overpriced nail salon that doesn’t care about the work they put out and I’m too OCD to pay this much and have to look at these on a daily and seeing how uneven and messy everything is.

Only worth the money and time if you get Liny in the front. i had made an appointment at 10-10:30 with Liny, i showed up at 10:10 and waited until 10:50 she was able to put the fake nails on and passed me off to a different tech because she had an appointment at 11. Showed the new girl my inspo picture and asked for it to be almond, she asked 3 separate times if i was sure i wanted almond when the picture showed coffin. The scissors she used to cut the nails nearly cut me and she used the dremel which was extremely hot and i instinctively pulled back because it felt like she was putting it straight into my finger when filing under my nails. Terrible. They don't listen to what you want and definitely not worth the price. My Daughter's polish peeled off 2 days after them doing them. They're rough also so not good for kids. I said longer than my nails but he just went to cutting instead of me showing him how long I wanted them! I would've been better off getting my own nails painted 😒 These are super short. Ya live and learn.
