I’m disappointed in the services received. I wish she would’ve told us outright that she couldn’t do any of the styles we wanted before cutting my mom’s hair. The upsetting part is that she had already cut my mom’s hair to shoulder length before telling us she wouldn’t be able to do the initial style we wanted. I showed a video and photos of a new style and needless to say we left disappointed. I felt the need to do a review because I chose this place because of all the great reviews it had. I paid and didn’t complaint because at that point what could be done? At least she touched up the roots nicely. Sad for my mom as this was a Mother’s Day gift.

I’ve been going to Michelle for a couple years and I fall in love with my hair more and more. Done a bunch of different hair colors between black, red ,orange, etc and she’s always made sure to keep my hair shiny and healthy. I 100% recommend!

Michelle is super talented and helpful. I feel like I finally found my stylist after searching all over after moving to Hampden county!! She’s really good at listening to what you want to have done and making it happen. I always feel so good about my cut/color when I leave and her new salon is soo pretty!

I moved to western MA from Tampa two summers ago and one of my priorities was finding a great Hair Salon and Stylist. Michelle was highly recommended. I'm Asian with naturally black hair so getting a good lift and non brassy blonde color can be very tricky. I had a lot of growth since my last balayage service (from another stylist out of state) so I knew I'd really be putting Michelle to the test. I was extremely happy with the outcome and have gone back to her several times since. I don't plan on going anywhere else. Not only is she exceedingly talented at her craft but she is delightful to get to know as a person. If you are looking for your traditional upkeep or wanting to venture out and try a new look, please go see Michelle.

Michelle is the best hairstylist I've ever had! Michelle has been doing my hair for over 8 years. And I have never been disappointed. Besides being extremely professional she's warm and welcoming.
