Amazing shop, they treat you like family. I watch them all be so helpful to an elderly woman to get her coat on and made sure she was warm and safe. Even offered her a ride home if she needed it. You dont see this type of service anymore. I have difficult nails and toes, but they never make me feel different. GELX Nails today by Chi, FLAWLESS....Pedi by Henry, best Ive ever had. The best service at a nail salon I have ever received. I got a pedicure and my mom and sister got their nails done and a manicure. The massage chairs while getting the pedicure made it very relaxing and all of the stylists were kind and welcoming. The music was also very relaxing and made me feel at peace. My sister and mom loved their nails and talking with the stylists felt at home. Highly recommend checking out this nail salon in Mound for some of the best quality and service you can get!

This is my fourth set of nails from Chi and I am OBSESSED every single time!! She always has fun, fresh ideas for designs and makes my nails look so cute and unique. I genuinely love going back to see her, she’s so kind, talented, and pays attention to every tiny detail. I always leave feeling so happy and confident. If you want stunning nails and a stylist who truly loves what she does, GO SEE CHI!!

Great staff, the nicest ladies! I had to get a close up pic of the cat's eye. Really great spot for a spa treatment in a clean environment. I have sensitive toes and they did great being gentle. Five stars for these gel nails!

I honestly very rarely post but this one I have too. I’m a very busy person so getting my nails done before vacation was supposed to be good thing. I normally go elsewhere but because we live on the lake this one was closer so I thought I’d give it a chance. I was the only one there for most of the time. I walked out with nails I need to have redone. It looks like a kid that can’t draw in the lines. I don’t like to speak badly I left a tip but I certainly won’t be back. Very disappointed. If I read an accurate review like this I wouldn’t have waisted 2 hours.
