First time at this location. Wasn’t busy and got a great haircut for a great price. Everyone was very nice.
Great haircuts at reasonable prices!
The mound, mn office is great they are my go to for me and my kids. This is the only location I trust every other locations the stylists change too often and mess up my hair cut every time.
Attitudes are INSANE HERE. Do not come here unless you want to get yelled at and shamed.
Two visits in a row, two different stylists… both did not even bother to spray my hair once. They spent about 5 minutes trimming my dry (thick and frizzy) hair with the electric clippers and then said all done. After the first visit, I was unhappy but didn’t realize just how badly cut and uneven it was. After the second visit which lasted not even 5 minutes, I was so confused, she literally didn’t touch the hair on top of my head and when I questioned it, she said she already did it. I got up and left as quickly as I could, I don’t trust anyone there to cut my hair at this point. I got home and found that even while using a 3 guard on an electric razor, she was unable to keep the length of my hair even on each side. Luckily I am moving, but regardless this was my last visit to the Mound, M
