I’ve been seeing Phil every other week for a year now. It’s one of the few places in my life that actually releases built up tension. Phil is very knowledgeable about chronic pain, and is understanding of the toll it can take on someone mentally. If you are tired of wimpy massages that make you more tense after, look no further. Phil is the man to see if you have persistent pain. He’s one of the only therapists I’ve ever seen who addressed the abdomen and how it can keep you in fight or flight and cause lower back pain. I’ve learned much from my time with Phil and cannot recommend him with high enough words.

With each appointment I arrive with anywhere from 1-3 pain-problem areas & leave with less pain than I arrived, often I leave with no pain at all. My last appointment I went in with severe ankle pain not only did Phil work on them to help relieve the pain & tension but he also explained what was causing the pain AND provided me with additional resources (stretches/exercises) I can do at home to help that tension from returning.
