I’m a rock climber and booked a sports massage with Sarai at Luz & Body Wellness. My forearms, shoulders, and upper back were feeling extremely tight and Sarai immediately understood how to care and tailor the session for my needs perfectly. The pressure was strong but controlled, and I noticed better range of motion and less soreness the next day. The space was clean, calm, and very professional. If you’re a climber or athlete looking for real muscle recovery in San Diego, I highly recommend this place.

Hands down the best massage of my life !! Sarai is so amazing! She’s an angel ! She made me feel so welcomed and safe. I was complaining about neck/shoulder pain since I’m a hairdresser and she immediately understood what was going on and gave me the relief that I needed, since seeing her my pain has been GONE!
