Luxury Nails

These look absolutely nothing like what I imagined. My heart is broken. I told the man doing my nails I had arthritis as well as a condition that made me dizzy as I was in and out of awareness during the appointment and he continued to yank and pull me in uncomfortable positions hurting me physically, I showed a bright blue color with no shimmer and he came to me with two light ocean blues and a shimmery dark one(at the time I didn’t notice it was shimmery) half of the nails are crooked, I specifically wanted no shimmer because I wanted them matte, the hearts look nothing like hearts. A waste of 68$ if you ask me. Ruined my entire future vacation

My mom was needing her nails done for her wedding. She was wanting a dark red or maroon to match her wedding colors, instead of listening to her request they persistently told my mom it’s better if she gets French tip instead, even though that is not what she asked for. So after finally agreeing THIS is what she left with!! French tip is where the tip of your nail is white or whatever color you ask for but they glued on HUGE white tips on Her short nails, making it look horrible! Why did they not trim the tip down prior to putting it on her nail I don’t know And why convince her to get something completely different than what she requested I also don’t know. All I can say is stay away from this place, They won’t listen to your request, they will just force you into getting nails that you

They were very kind. We had 1 appointment and 4 walk ins. They accommodated to us very nicely. Got us on an out of there within 2 hours. Overall very nice clean with amazing costumer service!

They are as efficient as they can be in a small town. John does a really good job on my pink and white. Most of the employees do too! Highly recommend the quality to the price. Pay cash if you can it saves you the service charge fee!
