I didn’t have an appointment and had just gotten a tragedy of a haircut from Great Clips. She immediately got me in and fixed it. She was so nice and made sure I was comfortable and actually liked what I was getting. She Completley turned my tragedy into something I’m so excited to show off. The first one was before the second was after. She did amazing. I had Paige. I will only, ONLY go to them from now on for all my hair needs!

The owner Paige is so wonderful! She permed my daughter’s hair. It was a birthday present so she came in even though it was her day off to do my daughter’s hair! She was kind and attentive and her predictions on how it would look were spot on! Will definitely be back!

Worst haircut ever. Asked Hannah to follow lines already there, cut 1 inch, she cut 3-4 inches off the back, nothing off the front, did not section the hair at all, just started picking up pieces and chopping at it, lost my wedge in the back and swing in the front. I called the shop when I got back from vacation and they refused to refund me. They did offer to fix it but I'm going back to The New You in St Charles.

Paige has cut my hair a few times now. One being a correction from a botched haircut from a different salon. I have never dyed my hair and she just did some highlights on me and I love it! She listens to what you want and executes it beautifully. Highly recommend!
