lovely nails

Be very cautious!! I went in and had gel nails done, which I’ve been getting for years. My nails felt sore and puffy afterwards and I started to get red bumps around my nail bed, and under my nails. I called and ask if I could have the nails removed which I paid $60 for, due to the irritation. I wasn’t charged anything to remove the gel polish but also was not offered a refund. At first I didn’t think too much of it since they did provide the service however, after doing some research this type of untreatable allergy is caused by either faulty equipment or improper curing of the gel polish. While I did receive service the service was done improperly and resulted in an untreatable allergy that could now cause me serious issues in the future. Have been going to Lovely Nails for several months now, and have been extremely happy with the service Holly provides. Holly always does a fantastic job on my nails. Always look so natural. Love this place. Very clean and fast. Highly recommend!!

The lady was very sweet and I know she tried her best. I thought it was ok in the moment but after I got into the car and in better light, it just wasn’t good. I have left unsatisfied the last couple times I’ve been here. The last guy I had didn’t listen to me, I would say “natural round” and he kept filing inwards and I left with almond shaped nails that I had to refile when I got home. And today the ladies were very nice but there’s heavy polish build up and I feel like each nail is a different shape (see pics) it looks like I have clumps of play-doh on my nails 😩

My first time in today - I had my tips taken off and got just a clear mani and a gel pedi - very uneven nails, uneven color on toes and still calluses (Deluxe Pedi). $109...The pics will speak for themselves. I will NOT be back.

Absolutely don’t go here. I have a nail that is already chipped 5 hours after getting them done. First and last time I use this nail place. Save your time and go to WinField nails I normally go there but I got really sick and then have an upcoming work trip so I needed them done and unfortunately Winfield didn’t have an opening (because obviously Winfield is the best)
