I will NEVER go to Luxury Nails again. I used to only go to them many years ago. I stopped going because every time I go there it's a different price for the same service. Tony does amazing work and my nails always look great when he did them. I just didn't like being charged a different price every time. So this time I went back and again, he does great work, most of the time. I looked at my nails, and there is clear spots on the tips of two of them and I showed them to him. He says oh you're not happy? And I showed him very nicely I might add, the two nails that I had concerns with. He immediately raised his voice and said that's your fault! He said I hit the nail lamp when I 100% no I did not because I am very aware of that because I have done it in the past. Instead of saying hey let'

The guy was in the middle of doing my nails then an older woman came up from her pedicure and he just disregarded me and did her entire manicure with touch ups without saying anything to me. I had to wait 45 minutes with partial nails until he was done with manicure. It was unprofessional and rude. I couldn’t believe it. I won’t be going back and I don’t recommend. They work so fast and haphazardly.

I have gone to every nail shop. There is in Lictchfield, I would highly recommend luxury nails never have. I walked out without being satisfied with what they make and design on my nails anybody knows me my name is Jo Ann Titsworth.Right now you need knows that I’m always with nails so I give this place a five star just because some people don’t understand Tony and makes it difficult. That’s not his fault if customers weren’t rude to them maybe they wouldn’t be rude to you Tony and his wife have never ever been rude and if I wasn’t happy with something, they changed it to make sure I was so this gets a five star review for me and I will always be a faithful Clientof theirs.

My experience was awful. I went there for a full set and a pedicure and when I left I was highly unsatisfied. My nails are not straight and my thumb nails look like the “duck nails”.. also more of my skin on my toes was painted rather than the nail.. highly unsatisfied. I haven’t been to this place in a few years thinking I would give them another shot because the place I normally go was busy, and still ended up unsatisfied. Will defiantly not be returning.

This place is anything but “luxury” I am in town from Tennessee for my friends wedding and put my own fake nails on but I was struggling to paint them with my right hand. I decided to go in to this salon and asked them to remove the paint I had put on a paint them for me. I stated that I had short nails and the false ones weren’t perfect but I didn’t care i just wants them painted. A man said he could do that, he removed the polish and I said thank you because honestly I was embarrassed and almost didn’t go.
