Obviously, they don't value customer service. If this had happened one even two times, I would give them grace, BUT it doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not, they are never on time. I had an appointment and waited a half hour. I was going to have to wait another half hour before getting to me. An hour wait with an appt?? I had expressed I had to get back to work and would have to cancel...all I got was, "ok". They took 3 walk-ins before me and were running behind. I honestly don't know how they stay in business with their attitude and sub-par work.

I called bc my daughter had a really bad week and needed a pick me up she really wanted her nails done like mommy gets they were willing to give her tips and dip even though they had to customize the tips the lady was so patient and kind to her and they look amazing she is so happy with them it’s not a easy task doing a 7 year olds nails like this and they slayed ignore the marker on her fingers lol.

Since my reviews keep getting deleted, this is $85 +$15tip 4 days after I got them! And the whole thing was pain full

wanted to share my favorite sets! lily’s has been my go to for years! absolutely love them.

One of our favorite places for a mother/daughter day out. The workers are wonderful, atmosphere is great (love the results of the remodel - beautiful) and the prices are affordable. We always leave here feeling better than when we came in. Thank you for the moments of relaxation.
