Great Clips

Very unimpressed. No effort whatsoever. I might’ve been in that chair a whole 5 minutes. Once home I get to trim my hair because she didn’t get the hair behind my ear and now it’s longer. As I first walked in a hairstylist was cutting someone’s hair and gave me a nasty look. The one who cut my hair was a friendly enough. They obviously don’t keep up with trends or what the customer requests. I honestly could’ve done a better job myself.

I have been going to this salon for years and have always been satisfied with the service until the last time. I always get the clipper with a #5 used on the back, and only on the back. The stylist this time started using it on the sides, I've never had anyone else do that! Needless to say, it was way too short and one side was shorter than the other! I complained on the website and they said they would forward to the owner of the business but I never heard a word. Seems like nobody cares about good customer service any more.

I was greeted promptly and professionally when entering after checking in online. The stylist, Heather E greeted me, took me in right away, verified my haircut notes/lengths and gave me a perfect haircut as she was very prompt, personable and professional. It’s because of the quality of the cut I received from her and her professional manner that I will keep coming back.

This used to be a fantastic place to get a quick haircut. Even, Having an app to schedule ahead to make it quicker. Unfortunately, this only works if it saves your place in line. I had a 45 minute wait when I scheduled online, I arrived 15 minutes early and they let multiple people ahead of me. I was down to 1 minute before they called people ahead of me. So my 37 minute wait, well over an hour. The haircut was the only thing that saved this review from being a 1 star review.

I can not believe how hard it is to get a decent haircut at this place. I noticed the younger female employees always set it up so they get the younger men. I was next inline last night and instead of calling on me. The young lady stood in the back talking till someone else was done and could take me. This would not be a big issue but the place was packed. I already waited 30 minutes. Then the person I got stuck with it the same one I always get stuck with. The one woman there that can not cut hair very well. The worst part. It was my birthday and I had a pretty bad day. I just wanted to walk in and get my hair cut. I always check in online and leave a nice tip. This is not the first Great clips something like this has happened at. Seems to be an issue with business. What is the point
