Luxury Nails Spa

Jay is absolutely awesome! I get compliments on my nails every day. He does an amazing job. I moved further away from the salon but travel the little extra time and miles because he does such an awesome job. Everyone is nice in the salon and I always have a great experience.

This is the third and last time I had a bad experience here, and haven’t left a bad review until now. I’m going to preface my review by stating that I get mani/pedi’s on a regular basis at several other nail salons, and have never experienced anything like this. Yesterday, I came in for a pedicure. The salon was full of such STRONG fumes, I really don’t see how anybody could work for hours under these conditions. I honestly should have left when I asked the technician if they could crack the front or back door and was told, No… But I stayed, since was already in the pedi chair and technician had begun removing my gel polish. UPDATE! My pedicure lasted 2 whole months without chipping (GEL) . I am impressed. Worth every penny IMO. Updating to 5 stars. And adding updated picture 2 months later. My technician's name was Min and I went in here for a pedicure. I also had a repair on a toenail that had been injured and looked funky. I got gel polish on my toenails and nothing fancy on my pedicure so I thought the price was kind of high but he did a really good job. The place wasn't busy and I think he could have massaged for longer but he did an excellent job and I would definitely come back. Their chairs are pretty nice in comparison to some other places I've been and everything was very clean. They even use a liner in the tub for your feet so it's brand new for every person. Never had my nails this wide. I explained to the man I need them more narrow I have skinny fingers. And the cubicles were drowned with polish I told him to clean it up. These nails were for my brothers wedding this is not acceptable. The guy kept saying how pretty I was and not knowing a damn thing about nails. The way he filed them they’re uneven and pointy on the side. Literally got this done Saturday and they look like this. I’m disappointed Update: I went back to the salon the following Monday morning and stated to the manager that the man did my nails all wrong. It’s like whenever you’re unhappy about a service you’re the bad guy but I spent my money on this!! And I spoke up the day of service!!
