My client today came in sobbing with over processed bleached hair with massive breakage done by Jackie. I cannot believe that somebody would let this client walk out the door, refuse to refund her money back after processing for nearly 4 hours while she continued to work on 3 other clients. This client didn’t even want bleached hair. She wanted a natural dark blonde. Jackie didn’t even cover her roots completely. When the client stated to Jackie that this isn’t what she wanted, Jackie tried to talk to her about rebooking, to charge again for fixing the mess she created. My client is now having to receive Olaplex treatments and extensions, to cover up the mass amount of damage. Now costing her HUNDREDS of dollars, because of Jackie’s negligence.

Excellent place, excellent service!! We drive one hour to have our haircuts done here. So worth the drive because Jackie is an expert at what she does. She is very professional and personable.

Not consistent with pricing, I have the same hair cut for years and was charged differently each time from $25-$40? She cuts hair great if she’s not rushing, why squeeze all your clients in then give them terrible hair cuts when you don’t have the time?

Do not accept an appointment if you cannot go through with it properly! I paid my hard earned money for a sloppy haircut.
