LUXOR NAILS SPA

Horrible nail job. Nails are not shaped after repeatedly telling the tech to cut down and keep the same almond shape. She decided to do whatever she wanted with the design colors. The thickest most oddly shaped nails. And I didn’t not want to sit for another hour for her to fix it. Will never return again. Going to spend another $65 to fix somewhere else.

I had Sam as my technician. I asked for dip nails and they didn’t have much selection, which was fine! I decided to go with black anyways. I asked her twice during the service if she will fix my thumb, and she answered “I’m not done yet!” With some attitude. I told her I’m just asking because I have had experiences at other place where they let me leave with nails that aren’t the best. At that point, I was like okay, I guess I will wait until the end. I could tell her demeanor completely changed towards me and it seemed like she was rushing. She was picking up multiple calls in between to schedule appointments. Towards the end, she started saying how she couldn’t believe people let me leave with bad nails and that she wouldn’t do that, and asking me my age as well. I was like, well, $40 i

I had Eugene as my nail tech. He wasn’t overly talkative or forcing small talk which I actually like. He was patient with me and gentle which I appreciated. It was my first time here and I would definitely come back. It’s tucked away in the plaza next to party fair but inside it’s bright, clean and quiet. The only thing negative I would say is they don’t have a large selection of polish like most places but they do a really nice job and I didn’t feel rushed.

MY SERVICE COST 100$, 80 FOR NAILS 10 FOR EYEBROW WAX 10 FOR LIP WAX,AND THE SERVICE SUCKED! These people are horrible and the prices are OUTRAGEOUS, also they demand more money for a tip, very rude, bad service ,do not recommend, will never waste time there again, even if they offered a FREE service I would DECLINE, you couldn't even pay me to be around such measly rude arrogant people. Also I witnessed a lady who wanted a simple design consisting of 5 total lines and nobody could figure it out, they are pathetic and way to over priced.

I am so disappointed with the service. I went to get gel nails. Sam started working on my nails. Half way through, she transferred me to Kathy. The gel polish was getting wrinkled every time she applied it, and she kept applying coats over coats to smoothen it. The end result was horribly thick gel nails that looked awful! When I said I was not happy with the way my nails looked, she said she would not be able to do anything about it. What’s more, they charged me $70 for giving me such horrible service! I would strongly recommend not going to this place.
