We love our new massage chair! We stopped by the showroom a month ago on a whim. The saleswoman was super helpful, and they were having a really good sale (prices are similar online elsewhere, but you're absolutely going to want the extra help setting it up, the warranty, etc.). A few weeks later our chair arrived and the technicians helped set it up in our house. Super easy process, and the chair is simply amazing. A special thank you to David and his Dad for being so great at their jobs, and just being fantastic people overall. I would definitely recommend visiting the store and finding the best chair for you personally. A massage a day is a game changer. Plus, it charges your phone while you relax!

Very rude. Was told trying the chairs was for ‘Buying People only’. Would not recommend. In response to Lux Life’s comment: That’s not true. You are confusing me with someone else. I did not use the chairs and left after the rude comment made by your staff. Odd of you to completely make up a story.

Bought the Osaki Kairos massage chair from this store a few months ago and wanted to wait to see how the chair functioned before writing this review, and I have zero complaints! I had a great experience with David, who was very knowledgeable about all the different chairs in the showroom and very patient with me (I was in that showroom for an hour and a half, trying out everything). David also consistently texted me with updates about our delivery process, love the communication

Told me to take off my necklace… which I guess was ok but afterwards I realized she was calling my necklace fake and worried about it staining the chair.
