Lux Lashus

On my second visit, Vivian got very defensive and combative with me because I did not enter her room since the door was open. Over a very simple misunderstanding she could not take any accountability and reprimanded me. I continued with her service and to find out she put in longer lashes than I asked. To give her the benefit, may be she had a bad day but a relaxing service turned into a very tense situation . There are so many eye extension salons, and I have found a great new salon. I would never go back!

I have been doing my lashes for years. I can't tell you how happy I was to find Vivian for my lashes. She is very detail orientated (my love language) and has really learned how to do them exactly how I like; full and plush with a splash of natural (Natural as in.. I wish I had long voluminous lashes naturally lol) . She is such a joy to visit every 2 weeks, I truly look forward to our appointments. She keeps me organized and always helps me reschedule my appointments before leaving. Her room is always relaxing and very clean and you can see how much she cares about her business with all her little special touches. She doesn't let me leave without a new spoolie and always reminds me to wash and brush my lashes. I feel she cares about my lashes just as much as I do. I get to be her walking

Have gone to Vivian for both eyelash extensions and eyelash lifts and she is the best! She is so gentle and careful. I get so many compliments on my eyelashes. She is also so sweet and funny! I love coming to see her

I've been going to Vivian for my lashes for the past 3 months and not once have I been anything less than completely satisfied. She is professional, courteous, timely and knowledgable in the eyelash profession. I get compliments daily on how natural my lashes look!

Vivian was absolutely amazing! From my first conversation all the way through to the follow up she was responsive, communicative, and lovely to work with. And on top of it all, I’m in love with my lashes!!!
