nail salon used to be really good, but unfortunately that’s no longer the case. It seems like only two technicians know how to properly do nails (Tori and Melanie ) and they only take appointments. They rarely answer the phone, and my online appointment requests are almost always rejected. When I’ve come in as a walk-in, the staff has generally been friendly. However, the last time I got my nails done here, they came out crooked. When I pointed it out to the technician, they responded with an attitude instead of trying to fix the issue. They also struggle with color matching. I ended up leaving with a clear “what I asked for vs. what I got” situation. On top of that, the pricing is inconsistent. One visit I’ll pay $100, and the next time I’m paying $130 for the exact same service.

Adorable custom nails! They were very communicative above booking with my special request and transparent about pricing. I had a small issue with one nail (think the edge got cut under my hair) and they got me in right away to re-do it. Highly recommend!

I love this salon! I went to DC Nail Spa for over six years until a friend recommended Lush Nail Bar and I’ve never turned back. Every design I’ve asked for, Tori has been able to do. She takes her time and really cares about the quality of her work. I’ve never received so many compliments on my nails! I love sipping some champagne while getting my service and the atmosphere is wonderful — good music, clean, stylish decor and really comfortable chairs. 10/10 recommend Lush Nail Bar!!

I've been to this salon twice now and I will be returning this week. They have great customer service, clean facilities, and they even offer you a beverage upon your arrival. Vivian did my gel X manicure and it was superb both times in addition to a relaxing and beautiful job with my pedicure. It has been about 3 weeks and everything still looks great! I highly recommend this salon.

Did not have a good experience and will not return. While the pedicure was okay, the manicure was absolutely horrible. Despite the intricate designs on their socials and when you google them, 2 different manicurists struggled to do a basic French tip. After 30 min of attempting to execute the design and only having completed 4/10 fingers, I finally asked them to remove the nail polish because the quality of the design did not meet my expectations. The staff was very kind and the shop was super cute, but I don’t think their prices justify the quality of their services when I could not even receive a simple french tip design
