Lush Cosmetics St. Johns Town Center

My partner and I are traveling again. This time we’re in Florida. As usual, my goal is to visit every Lush shop along our route. Today we visited Lush in Jacksonville at St. John’s Town Center, located at 4791 River City Rd. The team members greeted us as we walked in and were super nice, offering assistance and demos. Tina was so kind - she made me several samples of my usuals as I’d forgotten to bring them with me! The shop was nicely laid out, very spacious, well-stocked and easy to navigate. I think this is one of the nicest stores I’ve ever been to. So glad we stopped in!

There's probably something for everyone if you like that sort of thing.. it's a sensory overload for sure.. and they carry face products, bath products and scents however, it just seems like someone's in the lab just making up stuff and putting stuff together.. the store has so many reviews about the scents so I made a special trip way out to the town center to see for myself and was like 🤷🏾‍♀️...a lot of the body butters smell alike or should I say had the same base smell.. it could've just been the plastic containers they were in but they smelled heavily of clay first and then a little of the scent they were portraying. A lot of times certain plastics aren't good for scented products esp if they're not being used; they just soak up the scents...The body oils/perfumes come in different s

The store is nice and clean, and the worker there was very nice and helpful! His name was Jace and it seemed like he was the only one working with about 6 people all needing his attention at once. He did a great job multitasking and making sure everyone was being helped, and greeted as they walked in.

Review for Lush Employee, Mel I visited Lush today with the hope of finding a little joy in a bubble bar, as I’m four months post-bariatric surgery and can’t turn to food for comfort. So I have been spoiling myself with luxury baths instead of cookies. But it was a tough day—I was low on energy and feeling pretty down. That’s when I met Mel, who truly brightened my day. She was so warm and welcoming, and somehow, she just knew I needed a little extra kindness. She even gave me a hug, which meant more than she could know. Mel’s positivity was exactly what I needed. She’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to Lush every week! Thanks, Mel, for being a light and giving me that much-needed pick-me-up.

They did a wonderful job with a birthday party for my teenage daughter! All of the girls had a great experience and we really enjoyed our time at Lush! During the busy Holiday season- they were still so welcoming and excited to celebrate with us!
