What a scam of a place . Less the 24 hours later the dip power nail polish just lifted completely off . Never had a such a bad manicure in my life . They definitely don’t know how to do dip correctly was not even and bubbled . I ask to speak to the manager and was told sorry she’s not in today . Ok it gets better . The next day the second one came off . Went back asked for the manager again still no manager available but she did put another layer on and I said that won’t help it’s just making it thicker but it’s still not attaching correctly!! The next day the 3rd one popped off I went again they were closed then finally the fourth one fell off and I went again and asked them to just take it off !! I’ve been coming here since I was little with my mom, and they typically don’t disappoint. I just got home from my appointment and I have mixed feelings. For my manicure, Sally did a wonderful job!! I got Gel-X with a solid color, and it turned out well. My pinky did start bleeding after filing, but I did have some hang nails prior so I wasn’t surprised. Sally let me change the color after she did the first nail, and unfortunately I still didn’t like the color I ended up with, but I didn’t want to cause difficulties for Sally. As for my pedicure, i don’t know the name of the woman that did it, but it wasn’t very good. 3 of my toes were left bleeding, and the polish job wasn’t very good- didn’t cover my toes in full, and each one is very lumpy. The manicurist I had was very nice and sweet but she filled my nails wonky and when I pointed it out she said it wasn’t fixable. Then after I left I noticed that the painting on all my gel nails was uneven and my nails look like little rounded cliffs. While the price was great I would not recommend this place.

A friend recommend the place, so I came for no chip manicure and pedicure. Pleasant atmosphere, massage chair, etc. However , the manicurist was obviously in a hurry, so she did a very shoddy work on the cuticles, even nicked them in a few places. The layers are uneven, too. For $80 +tip I could have done the job myself. Quite disappointing. Not recommended.

I have been going to Luna Nails for a while now. I usually go to Mandy, and she always does such a great job! I always get compliments on my nails as well. I would definitely recommend going here if you haven’t tried it out yet!
