The staff is very friendly and everyone is very welcoming. Reception is super nice as well; However, I was so concerned they didn't have any hot tool holder. The hot iron was literally sitting on top of a table and I was so scared the stylist would turn my chair and the curler would fall on me! The shampoo by Janet was very nice, and so was her blow out. However when it came time to curl my hair (I asked for curls with volume) I was very dissatisfied. I didn't get either curls nor volume. To my surprise, she didn't even section my hair to curl... she just went with what she saw. And to finish, Janet barely put any hairspray- although I told her I had an evening event. It was my first time at this salon, and Nadia did such a great job on my hair! I have never had it colored before, so I trusted her 100% with it and she did amazing! Her and Menal (I hope I’m spelling it right) did wonderfully with the cut, balayage, and styling. I will definitely be coming back to see Nadia and her team ❤️

I have been coming to Nadia for 5+ years. She is a master colorist and is a true expert. She understands the coloring process and will be up front if something you want doesn't work with your particular hair. I appreciate this so much more than someone doing it anyway, and my hair coming out poorly. I love coming to Ciao Bella, the warm and welcoming environment, and excellent hair services!

I found this salon on Yelp with the intention of getting a pixie cut. At this point I’m convinced that my previous hairdresser, who is now retired, is the only one who knew how to do a pixie cut. I came into the salon and Nadia quickly got started on my haircut. A few days prior I had a talk with her over the phone to ask and see if she is capable of doing a pixie cut style which she claimed she knew how to do. When I was sitting in my chair I showed her 4 pictures of what I wanted and somehow came out of the salon looking nothing like the photos I had showed her. She kept saying “your hair isn’t the same color as the women’s in the photo” and “your hair is too thin,” basically trying to come up with any excuse for why she did a terrible job. I used to drive 45 minutes to have my haircut, until one day when someone recommended me Nadia. She is truly amazing, not to mention that she knows her color's theory. My hair had tones of red, violet, orange, and dark brown, but somehow, she managed to obtain one color, chocolate, my favorite!!!! I love my haircut and the color. I recommend Nadia with all my heart! The place is nice, too!
