Kohl's

From the moment I walked in to return a sweater that didn't fit, I felt like I was the most important person to the women at the customer service/cashier desk. The woman was so kind and got everything done within a couple of minutes. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by her a couple of years ago. She was just as kind and efficient then as she was this time. I was greeted with a smile and left with a smile after she helped me again with my new purchases. I don't know the cashier's name, but she is short,older, with short salt and pepper hair. I wish I knew how to send kudos her way.

This Kohls has a great selection of items on sale. From casual dressing to activewear, you can find anything you need at a great value! I highly recommend shopping here!

Love the store just until I get to the checkout. There is one cashier who is too agressive in trying to get people to get the Kohls credit card. Management PLEASE tell her to stop. Ask one time and if the customer says no then process the sale. I was asked about 4 times and so was the person in front of me. I came very close to being rude to her.

I shop here ALOT. The products and deals are awesome. Not to mention JAMES the manager delivers exceptional, quality, genuinely kind customer service. After having him help me one time, I’ve made it a point to shop here more often. Thanks, James!

I am deeply concerned about reports of racial profiling at this Kohl's location. No customer should feel targeted and harassed based on race while shopping. I urge Kohl's to take accountability, train staff on bias prevention and ensure fair treatment for all shoppers.
