When I first arrived at Lumen I was so nervous about getting extensions for the first time but Shana and Kamal held my hand every step of the way explaining everything to me with such patience and providing instructional care videos! They made me feel so comfortable immediately!! They even tightened and made tweaks based on my wedding hairstyle a week before! In Shana we trust!
