Lulylash

My girlfriend went to Lulylash simply because it was close to my place. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. While the rest of the staff was lovely. The person who did the lashes, the owner, was not pleasant at all. She came across as rude, very stressed, and made the appointment uncomfortable rather than relaxing. More concerning, shortly after the appointment my girlfriend developed a pink eye. This is obviously alarming and raises serious concerns about hygiene and care during the service. Overall, between the poor attitude and the health issue that followed, this was a bad experience and we would not recommend this place.

The esthetician arrived 15-20 minutes late to our appointment. Was rude and I had booked a 3 weeks infill but instead, once the lashes were done, she tried forcing me to pay for a full set while I precised that I didn’t want a full set since I still had a lot of lashes left… She was extremely rude and bad energy

I had a very disappointing experience at Lully Lash. The person who did my facial and makeup was rude and unwelcoming, which immediately set a negative tone. On top of that, the place itself did not feel very clean, which is especially concerning for a business offering beauty services. Overall, the service felt rushed and careless, and the experience was extremely underwhelming from start to finish. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

I got lash extensions for the first time on Saturday and it was such a relaxing experience. My lash tech Kammie was so helpful and patient with me even though I didn’t know too much about the length of lash or type curl that I wanted. She gave me many suggestions and I am glad that I chose the one that I did. The space was so cute and she played calming music during my appointment. I accidentally fell asleep during it because I was so relaxed 🤭. I love how my lashes turned out and I definitely recommend coming here if you want to get your lashes done!

Sonia was very professional she listens to what you want and give you exactly what you’re looking for. I was very nervous at first because I’ve never booked her before but she did an amazing job for my pre-photo shoot pictures, and for the day of my event. She did a soft glam and it was amazing. Thank you for making me look like a bad bit** on my special day.
