LULU NAILS

I neeeever post bad reviews (you can see my reviews on my profile). I was recommended to go here by a friend and I think it's the worst nail experience I've ever had. First it was so crowded inside they were doing manicures in pedicure chairs. Second the girl who did my nails ripped my cuticle off my skin and I bled. I will attach photos of the final product that they tried to get me to leave with. (White nails). I ended up having to pay the price of the nails in order for them to come back the next day so they would fix them. When I came back it was nice of them to get me in but two different people worked on my nails I was asked to move from the pedicure chair half way through my service. And less than 2 weeks later the polish is already coming off my hands (brown nails). Actually insane

“Service” and skill was amazing. I would 100% go back! Sadly the color that I chose was totally not what I ended up with some how. But they offered for me to come back and change it out. Honestly haven’t experience a place that focused on customer care in a long time.

This is my first time going here by the way. I asked for hard gel manicure with a GEL polish french tip but they insisted on using the hard gel to make the french tip so I let that go. As they were doing my nails I saw that they weren’t turning out good so I asked if you could do ombré instead but it was too late apparently. The owner then came by and saw and she said they didn’t look right and tried to fix them with the white gel polish like I had asked for in the first place. The fixing didn’t do much but it made it a little better. I paid $82 for this!! the ladies were very nice but i’m very unhappy with my service! I also wanted to note that I got there at 4:40 and left around 7:30… THREE HOURS FOR THIS!

Amazing nail salon! I just moved to Del Mar from Scottsdale and was dreading having to find a new nail salon that’s actually good. Lulu’s exceeded my expectations!! The salon is amazing, clean and the staff is outstanding. I am very very particular about how my nails are done. I read reviews everywhere and I landed on Jeanne for my nails. She is exceptional at detail and shape. For my pedicure I have gone to Ceci (only works on weekends) and Anna, both gave great pedicures. The owner, Lulu is an absolute delight. A true owner! Attention to detail is in her DNA and it shows from the moment you step into her salon. 10/10 recommend!

I’m shocked by all the great reviews. I tried this salon for the first time after moving from Chicago, and my nails started chipping the very next day. You know that feeling when your nails catch in your hair? Yep - that started happening immediately. When I went back, they were too busy to fix them and told me to return another day. When I did, they only repaired the worst nails and said I’d have to pay extra to fix the rest - even though the original work didn’t last 24 hours. The repair felt rushed, with polish left around my nails. The salon was busy, but it was clear they didn’t care about my experience. I won’t be returning.
