I went to get a fill and I wanted oval shape instead of my squares and Andy did a great job shaping them to the perfect shape. The color I wanted originally wasn’t in stock so they found colors very close to it and the one we decided on was so pretty! He did a great job. I like that they help when you’re picking your color. The environment is also nice, with relaxing music playing and just good vibes overall. I would rate 5 stars but I’m giving a four because the time I had to wait was longer than I expected, and they do prioritize appointments rather than walk ins. I didn’t know that so that’s okay, def recommend just booking an appointment with them instead and that’s what I’ll do next time! :) thanks Lucky nails I’ll be back again

1.) Katie did an awesome job and done in a timely manner ....thank you Katie ! She is very good at her job. Nails, shape, art, etc turned out just the way I wanted them. Will see you again soon. 2.) Once again Katie has not disappointed!!!! Love the job she did with Cat Eye. I've had experience where not every tech knows how to utilize the tool correctly for this technique...not the case with Katie. Thank you Katie !!!!! Your willingness to answer any questions and/or totally accommodate the customer shows in the end results !!!!!

So, I went for a mani pedi. Which I’ve done at this location on and off for almost ten years. Some days are fine, some days are bad. This was the final straw for me. After the last few times with my manicures I had to keep coming back, or get them taken off because of infections or them not being done right at all….. this time was no different. I watched the women use my tools on me, then on her, then on back on me? Let’s be real there??? I said keep my toes square, she rounded allllll of them out. Then my nails. I’ll let the photos speak. Refused refund, wanted me to come back yet again and let them fix. So I’m out 146 for the shit show they did, and 70$ for another salon to fix :)

Katie is the best! Every time we have an appointment with her she does such a good job!

I came in for a manicure today and I believe I was sat with the owner. He did not trim or level my nails evenly, filed at my skin instead of the nail, applied the coat unevenly, messy at the cuticles and left polish under my nail/at the corners while it dried. When he started to lotion my hands, I had to ask him to remove the nail polish that was stuck to my skin and when he did, he used his fingernails to PUSH IN the dried polish under my nail, then tried to use CUTICLE CUTTERS to pick away at it. After the polish was dried, he then went in with a file again to try cleaning up the edges. Overall the job was sloppy, took a very long time and we were charged full price. Terrible experience, would not reccomend this place.
