Kevin did such a good job on my nails! Extremely precise and detailed work. Did exactly what I came in for. Highly recommend.

I would have gave 0 stars if I could. The man that I got assigned to me had the nastiest attitude ever so I ended up going to this woman that was available...... I had to keep telling her how to shape my nails. She took so long just for something simple and when my nails were done they were so ugly I almost cried. Not only did I waste my money and time, I was late to work. On top of that...bad customer service. I felt so uncomfortable. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE EVEN IF THIS WAS THE ONLY NAIL SALON IN THE WHOLE STAT OF FLORIDA. Sn: notice the other reviews were months-years ago.

My first visit and I had a great experience! I will definitely come here again the next time I'm in Jacksonville. Prompt and courteous service. They take their time with each client and didn't rush. The shop was clean and pleasant smelling. I got a full set and eyebrow wax and am very pleased with both.

My nails were messed up before and the lady fixed them and they look 10 times better not to mention she did an amazing job on my pedicure as well and they are so nice and just overall an amazing experience ! Will be coming here from now on they’re definitely underrated!

Good atmosphere, great customer service. The gentleman took his time on my nails. I am happy with the result and would return. My nails are straight and the polish is smooth. No bumps or ridges plus, the overall application is not thick. They said they are under new management. I had never been to establishment before though. During covid mask must be worn or they will provide one.
