Lovely Hair and Nails

I went in for a gel pedicure with a design. My nail technician Kayla was very kind, attentive and talented. The attention to details on the design I chose, was a 5/5. Not to Mention my cuticles were taken care of, my nails were trimmed, my feet were scrub and rubbed. Nothing was rushed. Kayla took her time. And no other services were pushed. I will definitely go back.

The guy who did my toes was nice and asked questions. I like my toes but my big toe is a little irritated. I got an acrylic overlay pedicure with gel top coat and I was charged $100 which didn’t sit right with me but I paid and tipped him even though the set wasn’t even worth $100. I had to file them down more due to some being longer than the others. I was over charged and I kinda think it was because of my skin color (I’m black) or because i’m young. The pedicure took like 45 mins too. They aren’t very clean either, they don’t clean the tools properly and they wash your feet with anti bacterial hand soap once they are finished…. I have so much more to say but never again will I be going to them.

I've been here several times over the years and never had any mix ups. I requested a regular manicure but the technician proceeded to give me a gel manicure. Staff needs to make sure they understand the customer's request.

Honestly this place really surprised me when I came by yesterday. I stopped by to see if they could squeeze me in around 6:40pm and they told me to come back in 20 minutes which was cool. When I come back at 7, I wait an additional 30 minutes and I don’t get seated until 7:30. Prior to that, one of the salon workers gets freed up and goes to take another customer who came in after me even though the customer had explained that I was waiting before them. Eventually I get taken care of until it was time for the pedicure portion. By now it’s about 8:45 and the mall is closed and I’m the only one left in the salon with one lady. The lady tells me that I MUST pay 50 dollars for the gel pedicure instead of the regular because she doesn’t have time to wait. The customer service I received was ju

I did dipping powder with Cindy. She’s amazing. She did such a good job! My nails were so messed up from going to a different place nearby. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and was going for which is a very clean look. Russian manicure “ish” and she did it! No acrylic was added or anything. These are the same nails as the before picture. She’s just good at what she does. Including before and after pics
