I am absolutely appalled by the customer service at this store. I came in specifically looking for human hair and was explicitly assured by the staff that the product I was buying was genuine. I spent over $150, trusting their word, only to discover later that they had sold me synthetic hair. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It is one thing to make a mistake, but it is another to blatantly lie to a customer to make a sale and then treat them poorly. It feels like a complete scam. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their money or expects honest service

This place was amazing an there customer service was on point an also made me laugh while spending money ,I will refer this place any day Jacqueline and Samara are awesome

This place is amazing. I love it specially the 2 girls there Samara and Jacqueline. They’re awesome. They’re kind and they treat the costumer with respect. if you go there ask for this girls. I hope to see them again! They were always be attentive , and gives me a good service

The customer service was very bad they are not professional horrible. The Ethiopian lady who served us had very bad attitudes, she was very rude,incompetent for her job ,she sold us human hair which we latter discovered to be actually is synthetic hair because it burned while I use it in hair salon I don't recommend this place for any one
