I’ve came here a few times about 1-2 years ago, I never really had a bad experience until the last few times I’ve been going. I went in on Thursday to do shellac and a cute Christmas design. These last few times I’ve been coming here my shellac isn’t even lasting a full 2 days before chipping and soooooooooo thin. I do not bite my nails, I did not work either since that THURSDAY morning. Although I’m just a medical assistant and short nails wont be broke / chipped at my job. it’s just really annoying and being a student I don’t have time to go back and forth. Won’t be stopping here again, save yourself the time especially if you get shellac.

Ive been going here for almost a year and after today, I will not be back. Ive overlooked a lot with different pricing for different techs but today, that was it. I guess the tech I had was new so I spoke up about a few things (using a bigger nail tip, using less acrylic so the nail wasn't so thick). Each time he called somebody over and they said "it will be okay!" He picked out my colors for me based on my picture and I didn't like one of them so I asked "can I have something more cream?" He shoved the nail colors at me and said choose. Okay bet. He gets done, it's not like my picture but close enough. My hands are also a mess: polish, glue and acrylic left behind. I tell the front I don't feel comfortable paying $90 for this because x,y,z, I'll pay $70. I'm not yelling, I'm not cursing,

They don’t look bad but the nail tips are separate from the nail bed as soon as they’re done letting dirt get between the nail and acrylic, acrylic build up that gets snagged on clothes and hair, I asked for a manicure before hand and they did nothing didn’t even bother to put lotion on, a very rushed job, terrible job shaping the nail. I don’t expect much from these types of salons but for $50 (I think I was overcharged based on the website) I am thoroughly disappointed and wasted my money.

My favorite spot! I moved around the salon at first until I found my perfect tech, Lisa. She’s always on time, super talented, customer service is great and so far, there’s nothing she can’t do. Love her! #6

I’ve came here and patronized this place for 2 years but last week was enough for me. One they get mad at you for wanting regular nail polish instead of gel (due to pricing, because gel makes more money). I said no to gel polish on my feet (personally the LED lamp darkens my skin if it’s not protected) so I wanted a personal break from the use of it. I said no 3 times to gel polish on my feet and then they got mad and brought over 2 more people to ask me why I did not want gel and they said it’s only five dollars more for it which was a lie it was actually 10 in comparison to their real pricing. I said no and they kept asking. Then because I didn’t give into their request the other worker started to talk about me to a customer she was working on right in front of my face (it was in English
