I am so disappointed to share my experience with this spa. I paid a $50 deposit when making an appointment online. The night before the appointment, Justine called to cancel (due to her holiday-schedule conflicts). She assured me that my deposit would be refunded since she canceled on me. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to resolve this - including emails, phone calls, and even a mailed letter - I have not received the promised refund or any communication in return. It's been over 7 weeks. So be very careful - they keep your deposit - even when THEY cancel the appointment.

I feel completely scammed by Lotus Skin & Beauty LLC in New Berlin. I booked an eyelash extension appointment with Justine for October 18, 2025, and paid a $55 deposit online to hold my spot. When I arrived, there was no sign of the business anywhere—no signage, no one to greet me, nothing. I called the number listed multiple times, including before the appointment to confirm, and got no answer or response. I left messages and tried again later, but never heard back. At this point, it feels like this business took my money and disappeared. There has been zero communication, zero professionalism, and no refund. I’m posting this so others don’t go through the same frustrating and disappointing experience. Be extremely cautious before booking or sending any deposits here!

I had a bad first experience at a different place. So, I search for a new skin care place. I found Lotus Skin & Beauty. A women owned business. I went to my appointment with Justine. I explained to her about my experience at the previous place. She made me feel so comfortable. Make my experience a positive one. I will be returning to her for all my skin needs.

Justine is great! I was recommended to come here by a coworker. I’ve gotten my lashes and waxes done with her. She makes you feel comfortable and she’s easy to talk to. She’s very knowledgeable and professional at what she does. ❤️

Justine is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable about what she does and she’s great at creating a comfortable environment which is very helpful when you’re getting your first Brazilian. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I love. She’s also very affordable and gives her customers the best deals. I recommend her to anybody who wants to start getting Brazilians.
